Multifunctional baking crane is a special crane for the process line that serves the anode carbon block roasting process, and is also a special operation equipment for the anode carbon block roaster.

  This crane is a multi-purpose bridge crane for anode baking in carbon plant, which is designed with suction system, dust purification system, anode carbon block clamp. It is a special equipment for the production of electrolytic aluminum anode carbon block.

   The roasting multi-function crane refers to a dedicated crane with a vacuum material conveying system, a dust removal and cooling system, and an anode carbon block clamp device.

1. Purpose & Key Technical Parameters

1.1 Functions:

  • Loading: Places raw (unbaked) anode blocks into baking furnace pits.

  • Filling: Distributes granular coke (0.8–5mm) into gaps between anodes and furnace walls, then covers the top layer.

  • Vacuum Extraction: Removes filler material from the furnace and transfers it to storage silos (capacity: 30/40/65 t/h).

  • Unloading: Extracts baked anodes ("finished blocks") and delivers them to conveyors or designated areas.

  • Auxiliary Lifting: Supports other workshop handling tasks.

1.2 Technical Specifications:

  • Anode Clamp Capacity: 2×6t (or equivalent to 14 anode blocks).

  • Filler Coke Conditions:

    • Granule size: 0.8–5mm

    • Temperature resistance: ~450°C (short-term 600°C).

  • Duty Class: A8 (suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation).
